Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on peptides, research compounds, or bacteriostatic water. Once dispatched, these items cannot be resold to other customers for safety and quality reasons. This applies regardless of whether the item has been opened or not.
We are also unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders where an incorrect delivery address has been provided at checkout. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
