Shipping Policy
At Peptide Coding, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed before 9:00am (GMT) on a working day will be processed the same day where possible. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently offer UK delivery only, with all orders shipped via Royal Mail.
All deliveries are sent on a signed-for service, meaning someone must be available at the delivery address to accept the parcel.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and your location, but most orders are typically delivered within 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control.

Orders that are not claimed, refused, or returned to us due to failed delivery attempts will not be eligible for a refund.
Delays & Issues
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or high demand.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
